How Does BodyFx Work?
BodyFX uses powerful radio-frequency (RF) energy to penetrate deep below the surface of the skin to target excess fat and tighten skin. The RF energy heats and destroys the fat cells, which are then swept away by your body naturally. At the same time, the RF energy stimulates the production of collagen and elastin in the deep layers of your skin, leading to firmer, more attractive skin.
How is BodyFX Performed?
During the treatment, you are in a comfortable reclined position while our esthetician uses the Body FX device to sculpt, firm, and tighten. The BodyFX applicator is placed over the area of unwanted fat and cellulite and the treatment is performed. The treatment is completely non-invasive and does not require anesthesia.
It is recommended that weekly sessions are performed over an eight-week period. Gradual improvements in the treatment area can be seen following the first few treatments, with the skin’s surface feeling smoother and softer almost immediately.
